All orders are packed and shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped UPS ground with our computerized tracking system. As soon as your package leaves the building you will be emailed with a tracking number. All packages are shipped with ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED for delivery. If you will not be home for the delivery please contact UPS.com for a release to leave for the driver to drop the package off. Because of the low pricing of our products we can not accept returns past 7 days of the received date. Please contact us for an RA# at returns@ctairsoft.com if your item was received defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Products returned are for exchange only.
